There are a number of rules that give depth to the strategy involved in achieving three stars on each level: You have a limited number of doses Intentionally ending your turn early and letting the bacteria grow lets you research stronger antibiotics All bacteria lose one health per turn Any bacteria without neighbors die the next turn Every isolated bacteria gains you bonus points Each extra dose at the end of the game earns you bonus pointsAesthetic.
