Grill meat on your table's roaster. Every slice has its own shape and fat, each side cooks separately, and fatty cuts flare up

Order from the table tablet. Staff bring your food and clear away empty plates

Pour your own soft drinks at the drink bar, dip meat in tare, and eat with chopsticks

Booth seating: if you sit at the back, you have to ask the person on the aisle to let you out

Simple gestures: wave, "after you", "itadakimasu" and clapping

Invite friends through Steam. If the host leaves, the room carries on with a new host
