The game background takes inspiration from real hospitals and medical colleges in Taiwan, and players can get an insider's perspective to every aspect of a hospital, including medical wards, operating theater, medical laboratories, among other facilities. As you slowly regain your memories, players will get to experience through the rich narrative the struggle between the life and death, between bonds of relationship that those of the medical world experience.
